Ashley M. Harrison
Ashley M. Harrison is a transformational leader, visionary, and relentless advocate for equity, healing, and community power. Born and raised in East Baltimore, Maryland, Ashley’s journey from survivor to builder is rooted in lived experience, generational wisdom, and an unshakable belief that every person deserves to thrive not just survive.
As the Founder and CEO of Legacy360, Ashley leads a movement committed to restoring legacy through education, advocacy, and holistic community development. A certified Community Health Worker and student at Morgan State University studying Health and Human Sciences, Ashley brings a powerful blend of academic knowledge, grassroots insight, and lived experience to the forefront of systems change.
Her leadership is informed by years of navigating and overcoming housing instability, systemic neglect, and intergenerational trauma while raising six children. Ashley has served in various roles, including Senior Medical Officer & Clinical Coordinator at Johns Hopkins University and Hospital. She serves as board member at Maryland Legal Aid, always centering people, purpose, and progress.
Ashley’s work challenges broken systems and builds new models rooted in dignity, access, and collective accountability. Her mission is clear: to heal, empower, and unite communities through strategic solutions and love in action.

Joan P. Green
Joan Presbury Green is the heart and soul of the Green-Harrison legacy. At 85 years young, she embodies wisdom, resilience, and unwavering compassion. As the proud matriarch of her family, Joan has spent a lifetime pouring love into her children, grandchildren, neighbors, and community with grace, wit, and boundless strength.
A retired professional from the Social Security Administration, Joan built her life on service, integrity, and kindness. Together with her beloved late husband, Calvin W. Green, she modeled what it means to lead with love and live with purpose. Their love story began in the 7th grade and grew into a life of shared dedication to family and community.
Known for remembering every birthday, delivering meals to those in need, and offering wisdom without judgment, Joan is more than a grandmother she is a living archive of dignity, care, and legacy. Her influence is etched into every chapter of the work being carried forward by the generations that follow.
Joan Green continues to inspire all who know her, not by what she says but by the way she lives.

Sayvion S. Green
Behavioral Specialist | Youth Mentor | Eldest of the Legacy Line
Sayvion Sincere is a compassionate leader and youth advocate with a deep commitment to nurturing the next generation. A proud graduate of Towson University Class of 2020, Sayvion currently serves as a Behavioral Specialist and Substitute Teacher at Park Heights Academy in Baltimore, Maryland.
With a natural gift for connecting with children, Sayvion brings empathy, patience, and a strong sense of responsibility to every classroom and community space he enters. His work supports students' emotional and behavioral growth, while also reinforcing the importance of stability, respect, and individualized care.
As the eldest of six siblings, Sayvion has always held a unique role in his family modeling strength, compassion, and leadership from a young age. He continues to pour those values into his work and the lives of the young people he serves.
Sayvion is not only a caregiver and educator he is a legacy-bearer, shaping futures with every step he takes.

Serenity S. Green
Aspiring Psychiatric Nurse | Mental Health Advocate | Future Healer
Serenity Saviona is a determined and compassionate young leader with a heart for healing and service. A proud graduate of Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School (Mervo) Class of 2022, Serenity began her collegiate journey at Florida Memorial University in Miami, Florida. In 2024, she returned to her hometown of Baltimore to continue her studies at Baltimore City Community College, where she is on track to apply to nursing school in Spring 2026 with a focus on psychiatric nursing.
Currently, Serenity works as a Mental Health Worker at Sheppard Pratt in Towson, Maryland. There, she provides hands-on support and empathy to individuals navigating mental health challenges gaining critical experience and deepening her commitment to trauma-informed care.
As the oldest daughter and second child of Ashley M. Harrison, Serenity has grown up with a strong sense of purpose, responsibility, and legacy. Her journey reflects courage, maturity, and a passion for uplifting others through care, advocacy, and love.

Sanyra S. Green
Sanyra “Sky”
Scholar | Future Pediatric Neuropsychologist | Legacy Thinker
Sanyra “Sky” Harrison is a bright, driven, and compassionate scholar with a vision to heal young minds. An honors graduate from Mergenthaler Vocational-Technical High School (Mervo) Class of 2024, Sky was recognized for both academic excellence and leadership earning multiple college acceptances across the country.
She began her collegiate journey at Curry College in Boston, where she pursued her studies with focus and intention. In 2025, Sky returned to Maryland to continue her education at the University of Maryland Global Campus, balancing her academic goals with personal growth and service.
Sky is now pursuing a career as a Pediatric Neuropsychologist, with plans to support children’s mental and neurological health through compassionate, culturally informed care. Her path is rooted in empathy, science, and the desire to create lasting impact for youth and families.
As a proud member of the Harrison legacy, Sky leads with heart and purpose proof that brilliance and resilience walk hand in hand.

Raymond Marshall
Raymond Marshall is the Community School Director at Mergenthaler Vocational Technical
High School (Mervo), where he continues to lead efforts to strengthen student outcomes, family
partnerships, and community engagement. A proud member of Mervo’s Class of 2008,
Raymond began his journey studying computer programming at the school, later earning a
bachelor’s degree in English with a minor in Communications.
He returned to Mervo as an educator, teaching English for four years before stepping into a
leadership role in community schools. Now in his seventh year with Baltimore City Public
Schools and his third year with the Y in Central Maryland Raymond play a vital role in
implementing the community school strategy across the district. His work focuses on aligning
resources, expanding enrichment opportunities, and fostering strong connections between the
school and its surrounding neighborhoods.
Raymond is deeply committed to creating an inclusive and supportive school culture that
reflects the needs and strengths of Mervo’s students and families. His experience as both a
former student and educator gives him a unique perspective and unwavering dedication to the
school’s continued growth and success.

Chief Academic Architect
Dr. Jodi Jones
Dr. Jodi Jones is a passionate educator, academic coach, and proud mom of two children. Born in Jamaica and raised in the Bronx, NY, she moved to Baltimore in 2009 to pursue her purpose: teaching and uplifting students in Baltimore City Public Schools. With over 15 years of experience, Dr. Jones has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal and academic coach leading with empathy, integrity, and a commitment to equity.
Her work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed practices, restorative justice, and healing-centered leadership. Whether she is coaching educators, supporting school wide initiatives, or facilitating professional development, Dr. Jones brings a culturally responsive lens and a data-driven mindset to everything she does. Dr. Jones has received numerous recognitions for student growth, leadership, and innovation over her career.
In 2025, Dr. Jones earned her Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership, further anchoring her commitment to creating safe, empowering spaces for both students and staff. Her leadership is guided by love, resilience, and a deep belief that all children deserve access to joyful, just, and rigorous learning. Dr. Jones is a proud member of Delta Sigma Theta, Sorority, Inc.

Social Impact & Community Engagement Chair
Tishea Lester
Tishea Lester is a dedicated education advocate and community leader based in Baltimore, Maryland. With a strong background in youth development, family engagement, and social justice, she works to uplift underserved communities through meaningful partnerships and support.
As Partnerships & Recruitment Manager, Tishea connects Baltimore youth with volunteers and resources that foster success. Her past roles include Community School Coordinator with Baltimore City Public Schools and active union representation during critical times like the COVID-19 pandemic.
Tishea is known for her commitment to equity, collaboration, and youth empowerment, making her a driving force for positive change in education and community organizing.

Director of Strategic Communications & Public Narrative Development
DeNeia Johnson
DeNeia Hendrix- Johnson is a passionate leader, mother, communicator, and connector who brings energy, resilience, and vision to every role she takes on. She currently serves as a Residency Program Manager at Johns Hopkins School of Medicine, blending her expertise in management, communication, and community-building.
With over a decade of experience in management, event planning, customer relations an in the healthcare industry, DeNeia has developed a sharp eye for strategy and a heart for service.
In 2020, DeNeia proudly earned her bachelor's degree in Communications after a remarkable journey spanning 25 years an achievement that showcases her resilience, dedication, and unwavering belief in the power of persistence. She is currently advancing her education by pursuing a master’s degree in Strategic Communication.
Beyond her formal roles, DeNeia is the creator of Hey Honey Listen, a motivational social media segment where she inspires and uplifts women by sharing relatable, empowering messages. Her work reflects her core belief: community and self-care are not luxuries they are essential to personal success and professional growth.
As the Founding Director of Strategic Communications & Public Narrative Development, DeNeia is excited to blend her leadership skills, healthcare expertise, and love for storytelling to craft narratives that not only inform but also inspire. She believes every journey no matter how windings worth celebrating and that powerful communication can drive meaningful change.
